The Mornington Peninsula Shire is seeking an experienced individual to be responsible for the administration and daily operations of the Mornington Peninsula Cemetery Trust's at Mornington, Dromana, Tyabb and Flinders.
Your knowledge and experience will enable you to confidently:
* Administer the daily operations of the Trust's cemeteries (including burial bookings and location of graves) in accordance with relevant legislation;
* Administer Cemetery bookings and maintain related records;
* Provide administrative support to Infrastructure Maintenance staff;
* Process plaque orders, banking, cemetery registers maps, invoicing and computer records;
* Provide advice and assistance in the development of policies and strategic direction in relation to Cemetery development and operations; and
* To initiate and support community projects.
You will be required to respond to after hours enquiries from Funeral Directors.
